Vanaf 4 februari 2020, zal Helen Zeisig vanuit European School of Physicaltherapy stage lopen bij ons, op maandag dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag.

My name is Helen Zeisig, I am 22 years old and I come from Tallinn, Estonia. I am currently in the third year of my studies at the European School of Physiotherapy. Klik hier voor meer info.

My childhood was filled with different kinds of sports and that has motivated me to stay active throughout my whole life. I started doing junior gymnastics and ballet, played tennis for almost a decade, participated in athletics and swimming, and finishing off with semi-professional dancing in high school. In addition to sports, I have always been fond of acting, reading books and organizing different events, from birthday parties to theatre festivals and graduation ceremonies. During summers, I spend time as a certified camp teacher at a recognized youth camp in Estonia.

One of the main reasons for my intention to become a competent physiotherapist derives from my passion for healthcare and helping other people. Living an active lifestyle since I learned how to walk, I have witnessed and experienced many accidents after which the patient requires help from qualified physiotherapists. If it was not for the help of a good PT, I myself would not be walking today. This experience inspires and motivates me to aim to become an expert of the human body and its recovery. I am looking forward to working with you and being a part of the rehabilitation process.

I will be interning here for the next 10 weeks and hope to get to know all of you!
